"The room was mostly clean, there were a few stains on the main bed sheets. Looked to be coffee, but a huge deal. They started doing landscaping and maintenance just before 8 am one day of the stay. That was frustrating, it woke us all up earlier than planned which was not great on vacation. Called the front desk and only received an apology till I asked if anything further could be done to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall it was a decent stay, our second time at the facility, unsure if I would rebook."

Front desk clerks, especially Jessica, very nice and accommodated, great customer services. mini fridge and microwave a HUGE plus. Only bad thing, the bed was too soft, not firmed enough. I'm already planning another getaway with the rest of my family at this wonderful hotel. Thank you for such great experience"

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Free convenient parking. Room was quiet. Did not enjoy breakfast as the small room where food was located was very crowded and hot. Should have a larger space for the buffet style breakfast to be accessed and more tables instead of lobby to eat."

"The resort was one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was our honeymoon and they gave us a free bottle of wine. When we ran out of toilet paper and soap, they delivered more immediately. The resort was beautiful and the room was so big. They also provided 3 laundry detergent pellets for three loads. It had everything. Highly recommend this resort."
