We really enjoyed having use of the pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi. Especially adults gaving use of it for an hour before children were allowed in. Definitely would stay there again. "

"Very friendly staff who made us most welcome. The meals were excellent. particularly breakfast. The bar was kept open, at our request, on Sunday evening so we could meet the family of the deceased before the funeral. A very important and emotional gathering of old friends."

"No complaints about accommodation at all. It was exactly as described and perfect for 4 adults and 2 4 year olds as a base for exploration.More rural than expected and the very narrow roads are an experience! Fortunately we found the roads to and from the cottage and Kingsbridge to be quiet. Different matter to some other locations and the best beaches in particular. Prepare to be patient. A great stay over the August bank holiday week with perfect weather, fab beaches and place to eat. "

"A very well equipped house and the wi-fi was fine. Lovely view and an excellent pub 2 doors away plus there is a very good farm shop/cafe a few minutes away by car. The owners were very helpful in providing a lot of useful information before our visit. The children in our group enjoyed playing on the nearby village green and on the beach at Slapton Sands."

"Excellent communication prior to oir arrival. The accommodation was lovely, and the location great for the South Hams with Torcross just outside. The kitchen and lounge area suited us well for a short break. The only downside was quite tight access to the shower in the bathroom!"

"We had a great week at Catherine’s cottage,which was very clean,tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!The cottage is in the lovely village of Slapton Sands with a nice friendly Pub and a local shop all within walking distance!!We had our dog with us and had some nice walks around the village or trips to Dartmouth and Salcombe are all within easy driving distance!We hope to visit again in the future!"
