"The place is secure and clean but we didnt have enough towels and even when i message them about it, they either took for ever to reply or was useless, so we spent 3 days without being able to shower"

"Fick ett rum som var halva storleken av det vi bokat och betalt för. Kompakt möblering utan plats för bagage eller möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Fungerande köksdel, men rummet verkade inte vara tänkt att bli ett hotellrum. Bra badrum. Hade trots vårt påpekande inte fått länk till betalning och inpassering. Nästan två timmars försening utanför lokalerna. Personalen försökte, men verkade inte ha behörighet eller kompetens. "
