Beautiful place to stay only thing the food in the restaurant was the same food they give you at the buffet . One morning I got sick I believe it was reheated food from the day before . The adults side is very quiet no loud music or entertainment

The hotel is quite nice, and the beach is beautiful. The food is average, but that takes a back seat considering the great amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome!

I had a great experience at this hotel, and I want to give a special thanks to the staff who made my stay even better. Junior, the porter, was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Maximo at the Italian restaurant provided excellent service and made the dining experience enjoyable. Maria at the Café Bar was amazing, always welcoming, attentive, and kind. I also want to give a special thanks to Hilary at the spa for the wonderful service and welcoming attitude. All four of them made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my stay special. It’s employees like them who make a hotel stand out. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated, professional, and friendly staff. Thank you, Junior, Maximo, Maria, and Hilary, for making my stay memorable. I truly appreciate your hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Hotel is a 5/5 great attention from staff, clean room, AC works make sure you lower the temp to 16. This a great place to relax with your partner. No loud music you could bring your small speaker to enjoy low music. This more of a relaxation adult resort. The food was great from breakfast all the way to dinner. The club is clean and big music is nice all type of music. I will definitely come back. The pool view is amazing specially the one that looks directly at the beach , which is open until midnight.

Clean room house keeping doing a great job, friendly and helpful staff it was easy getting around by them helpful have lots of tasty yummy and delicious breakfast dont forget the amazing and relaxing pool. I will definitely recommend and visit again.

My stay was AMAZING! It was so nice that I extended my stay. Ricardo from the front desk checked us in. He was very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay in the same place. The staff was professional, respectful, and very helpful. They made sure that you received the best treatment. They all went above and beyond and these are some of the names that I will share. unfortunately, I did not get everyone's name. Special shout out to the staff at the international dining!!! Pedro, William, & Marvin. Sandy, & Jose Manuel from the bar in the Select side by the pool AMAZING. Buffet, bar, drinks, & entertainment was very good. No complaints. See you guys soon!! ❤️🌴🙏
