Our stay in Yaba Chigui Lodge was most delightful. The property is very well maintained and the design is unique with huge glass windows. The rooms are facing the jungle. Waking up in the morning we listened to the noises and even saw two monkeys. The innkeepers Juan and Ana were extremely helpful and friendly. We would come again in an instant!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Luna Lodge. From the very welcome at the Puerto Jimenez airport, the ride to Carate, the owner's welcome upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. Absolutely epic view. Incredible accommodations and very friendly staff. We had a very short stay and wish we could have been there longer. Highly recommend. The only challenge is the treacherous drive up/down the mountain. It is not paved and very rocky. You’ll need a 4x4 vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was probably the best set up I have seen. They had eggs for us to cook in the morning and their pots and pans were mostly stainless steel so that was much appreciated. They had nice cold filtered water for us also. We enjoyed the pool. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again
