"Nice hotel on the harbor side. Used to be condos so the rooms are nice and big. Staff was very friendly, great location. a bit of construction near the pool deck but not bothersome. The pool doesnt get sun until 11-12:00. Bay side rooms are great however you can hear the noise from the bar and restaurant at night."

"The room, pool and amenities were solid. Certain staff members were very nice while others didn't speak any English and were rude. The food and drinks are grossly overpriced, and they put a 20% gratuity on every check so please ask for itemized receipts."

"Tired property. Lack of comms between staff. Found a guy sleeping in the stairwell on the first morning of the stay. The front desk response? “Don’t worry he is harmless. But did he try to enter your room?"

The staff was exceptional and the amenities that you just can not get anywhere in South Beach (two big pools with food and drink service, hot tub, 30 second walk to PRIVATE beach with cabanas and chairs, an absolutely mouth watering japanese restaurant) - there were many more!!"
