"Have stayed here several times when visiting Pittsburgh. Goid centeal location. Nice rooms connected to casino. Comfortable beds, nice buffet breakfast. Reasonably priced. ."

"This was the best and most easiest check-in/out I have every experienced with a hotel. I love the bed style and how the bed frame is (platform bed) plus the amount of pillows was perfect. I liked that there was a personal welcome card along with water to welcome you into the room. I will be staying here again!!!"

"Good location, fair service at checkin and no line, elevators were not too crowded and fast, decent gym, nice pool with a little jacuzzi next to it. Problem was housekeeping slamming on the doors at 9 Saturday morning. And we were there two days hoping to get a refresh on towels and coffee but no go."

"I was just passing through for one night so the micro option was perfect for me. no micro or fridge but very flean, quiet and excellent water pressure. I got hot water very fast. it was a good value for what I paid"

"99% of this hotel was perfect. The only issue I had was there were no blackout curtains which I’ve never experienced in a hotel. This might not be a big deal for a lot of people who are early risers unfortunately where our room was located there was a very bright street light as well as lights from Uncle buildings lighting up our room all night. I certainly would never say not to stay here but definitely bring a sleep mask"
