"Great location overlooking Grant Park and Field Museum, great bus and train connections, AC was needed and appreciated, so was coffee in lobby and ice water with real fruit. So appreciated a reasonably priced room when I needed sudden accommodations. Bed and shower were perfect. Thank you very much."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Outdated, the worst best western. I had to go through 3 rooms and STILL wasn’t decent then don’t want to compensate. They have a terrible water issue, mildew smell then wanted to come in the room to spray air freshener. You can’t use air freshener for years of water damage. Needs to be renovated. The breakfast was trash. Worst experience. Anytime you see popcorn ceilings in a hotel 🗣️ RUN! This a motel"

"The breakfast was good and the rooms seemed to be pretty clean. Unfortunately, even though we had to sign a paper against use of vapes or pot, the first floor reaked of it. Thankfully, we were on the 2nd floor or I would have not stayed the night. Both times I went to the front desk (check in and check out) I had to call out for someone to come up from their chair/TV around the corner. Overall a decent stay for what we paid. Nothing special."
