"Chris was great on checking in, hospitality and providing an exceptional Continental Breakfast for vacationing families to enjoy. The extraordinary selection included breakfast pastries, bagels, muffins, yogurts, eggs, juices and much more. My favorite breakfast items was the European style strong coffee, strawberry rugelach and iced cinnamon buns!"

"Motel is located short walk from the beach. Rooms are very clean. Free breakfast in the morning a huge plus. Motel is located in center of Cape Cod, easy short drive to all attractions."

"Beautiful clean resort right on the beach. Staff to help set up complimentary umbrella and chairs on the beach. Drink and food service on the beach as well. Staff greeted us with a smile and offered to help with luggage. Check in process went smoothly with the help of Marina. Marina and RJ team also went out of their way to help us decorate our room to surprise our friends for their 50th birthdays. We also received a box of chocolate and card from them, very kind gesture. We had a great time and look forward to coming back next year. Thank you again to Marina and RJ team for making our stay special and memorable!"

"This hotel was much less expensive than other options so my review is based on that. So, if you want a hotel that has a comfortable bed, clean room, across from the ocean, and close to a great restaurant, this is your place. A bit honky-tonk but the best price in the area. FYI, no AC but we did not need it as it dropped into the 60s at night"

"Upon arrival Greg, the owner walked us to our room answered a few questions, you don't get that at a big hotel. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Grounds were very clean and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Nice touch to have coffee available in the morning along with nice pastries. We highly recommend and we will be going back."

"I will apologize right away for being so late with this review.The house was magnificent, I expected nothing less. It was immaculate. Clean, neat and tidy, and of course, The Ocean right in front of me. The property is magnificent, and if you don’t take the chance of going to see this particular spot, you’re missing out on something incredibly special. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. They are always a phone call or a text away. If I had to put my finger on something to criticize, the only thing I could think of is that the ice cube trays were only half full I will be back again, and thank you for having me one more time."
