"Nice hotel, but disappointing service. I had to leave at 6:15 AM for an emergency and couldn't wait for the 6:30 breakfast I'd already paid for. I asked the attendant for just a coffee or a quick snack to go, but she refused and only gave me ice water. Not the best experience on a freezing cold morning!""
