Excellent place to stay in Olney. The accommodations are good with the bed being very comfortable. However, what made my stay here so great was the staff's friendliness and helpfulnes. They made my visit here OUTSTANDING (Caps intended). From the front desk staff to the those who cleaned our rooms to the breakfast area staff...they ALL were great. Can't say enough about their attention to the "customers". I definitely will stay here when I return to Olney.

After reading the reviews of all of the Effingham Hotels, we chose The Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was extremely clean, as was our room. The bed was very comfortable, the comforter and pillows were cozy and soft. The bathroom was nice sized with name brand toiletries available. Since this stay was during Covid, it was nice that guests and staff were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer was available at the main check-in desk, as well as, a small bottle in our room. Easy to get to very clean only bad thing i can say is says there is a hot tub but there is not

Great place to stay. We prefer a Drury over a Hampton or Fairfield.

Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and of a very nice size. We enjoyed an evening meal and a breakfast in the restaurant and found both to be excellent with great service. Check out was just a quick and friendly as check in. We will plan to stay here again.

This hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The person at the check-in desk was not very friendly or helpful. However, this is a great hotel and i highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect. Quick one night stay. Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. From the cleanliness, prompt and courteous front desk check-in, clean, quiet, comfortable room with very large big screen TV, fast internet, single cup coffee maker, good quiet heater/AC unit. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Eclipse weekend was crazy. Fully booked hotel but you would have never known….great guest service and a really wonderful stay

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hotel breakfast was clean, hot, and so good compared to other hotels. The lady at the front desk (blond hair) was SO NICE!

Guest check in was easy and pleasant. Samantha waa great and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. She was spot on. Room was beautiful and super clean. Comfy bed too. Breakfast was very good and one if the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a corner spacious room close to the pool. The pool was huge and beautiful with large jacuzzi! The nearby winery would have been wonderful but it was closed. We had a lovely dinner at The Flame.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They ever allowed my friend a place to charge her Scooter.

It was so quaint and spacious. Love the cute vintage decor. It was fun to read the hidden notes in the brick wall. The room was quiet and clean. There was a free coffee bar down the hallway. It was close to all the attractions. The $10 breakfast credit was easy to use at a choice of local restaurant. We received a code to enter the building and room. Staff were very professional and informative. Highly recommend and would stay again. Great place in a quaint little town.

Amazing! Super nice staff (Christie & Jeremi)! They were super sweet and helpful! Explained everything and then some. Could not believe there was a free buffet dinner as well as breakfast! Gained a new loyal guest!
