For the price they are charging, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and quality, but this place fell far below even the minimum standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests. Basic amenities were either missing or in bad condition, and nothing about the stay justified the high cost. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was underwhelming, and it was clear that little effort is put into maintaining quality or guest satisfaction. For what you pay, you can find far better options elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here unless prices drop significantly or major improvements are made. As it stands, it is simply not worth the money."

"Pool is closed and i tried to call 5 times before our arrival to make sure it was open only for the phone to ring once and drop my call. Only 2 towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay but nothing major. Waited 10 min for someone at the front desk to ask for more towels and sofa bed sheets."

"Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. "
