It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.

The window was broken and literally opened on one of the coldest nights of the year. We told the front lobby rep and she said, “ok.” and no apologies.

What I liked was the staff. Front desk woman that was there on Saturday night (with blonde hair) could not have been more nicer or more helpful. The bartender (sweet columbian woman) pretty much kept me company since there was no one at the bar (felt sorry for her for that). The bed was confortable and the cleaning people must be good because it was clean. The grounds themselves very nice. The bad. dark lobby area barely an light. No little cafe area or hospitality table just for like coffee or tea. And the room extremely dated and in need of new furniture, my chair cushions were literally flattened down, carpets old and a few stains. Management really needs to perk of the rooms and a few lights in the sitting area would be nice.

It’s a decent secluded location, but money needs to be put into maintaining the property. Lack of outdoor lighting, and the road conditions are poor.

Great place!

Amazing grounds; wonderful staff; pool was awesome. Food was excellent. Very clean and comfortable room. Some refinishing of older interior should be considered.

Great pricing specially because of the amenities, like the indoor pool and basketball court.The price was reasonable. Food Buffet was delicious and worth the price. Our only concern was how dark it was a night and it took us a while to find it using our GPS. They definitely need to invest in more lights.

Not what I expected

The room was not clean, there was hair in the draws, furniture was worn and scratched, the mattress had holes on its side, bathtub had deep cuts and scrapes that were visible. Overall most of the property needs renovation.The breakfast was very good but the dining room was very cold and we had to wear ski jackets to eat. The bar restaurant is right next to an over chlorinated indoor pool that smells horrible and we could not eat or drink there.

The water that came out of shower and sink smelled moldy. The carpets in the rooms were in very poor shape. Furniture in room was old and run down. TV was very old. Hot tub by pool was broken with green moldy water in it. Got the room here so the kids could play in pool, but every time they went to the pool there was swim practice and we had to leave. Went to the bar one night and ordered an old fashioned. They made me whiskey with grenadine. All around very disappointing. Won’t be back.

So, I really wanted to like this place. It was incredibly clean in our room and that was a plus. The staff was super friendly. However, everything was broken and outdated. The downstairs courts and swimming pool areas were a mess. The property and building has so much potential but it seems like someone just gave up taking care of it years ago.

I love the location. It’s a quiet area surrounded by woods. They just need to upgrade the grounds. There’s a lack of signage, and the road could use paving. Also need exterior lighting near the main entrance.

Wasnt sure what to expect. Honestly didnt get to follow up on reading about the hotel , when i pulled up didnt really look like a hotel . But it was inside where it all came together. Amedities and secenic veiws were breath taking .. deffinately will return

Nice location, but the parking was too far away from the hotel and there’s no lighting on the path. Also the pictures online does not match up with reality of the room. They need to upgrade.
