"We travel A LOT and this was in the top 5 properties we have ever stayed. Our family of 3 adults and 6 kids had more than enough space. Everything about the home was AMAZING .. even better than described.. very clean and incredibly organized!! The kitchen was above average stocked! The outdoor space was perfect.. fantastic hot tub and pool area. Lot of toys for the pool and the garage was a bonus .. many games and bicycles to keep all entertained. The host was so incredible in quick response to any questions we had about the house or area in general. I highly recommend this property to all that read the reviews! Rent this one .. you won’t be disappointed!! "

"We enjoyed the home. We had 16 people staying in the home. Everything was great except we had to stagger showers so everyone had hot water. I contacted villatel to make sure there wasn’t a problem. They said everything was fine. If you have a large group of people beware of hot water tank limits. "

"What a perfect property for our family! The home is exactly as stated, and even more charming. The surf theme throughout was beautifully done with great attention to detail. It was so clean and the location just steps to the beach. We wanted a quiet getaway to recharge and there was no better place to do that. We opted to heat the pool and the temp was perfect for after long morning sunrise walks on the beach and night swims. Our dogs were so happy to vaca with us and the house did not disappoint. We will absolutely try to get back to Melbourne Beach. Thank you Steve!"

"Clean rooms and nice amenities throughout. The communal pool and hot tub have a great view. Pirate room has solid 6 beds in one room. Kids loved it!!! We will recommend to a group of large families with kids. Heated pool and grill was fantastic. Great job team Villatel !!"

"We enjoyed the location of this home being able to walk to the beach or the river. The pool on site was nice to have, especially being able to heat it when coming down in February. Overall it was clean, but not well stocked compared to other places I have stayed. I was surprised that there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms, no dish towels in the kitchen, and only a single trash bag left for us. "

"My family stayed here for 4 weeks and we really like this subdivision (this is our 3rd year vacationing here). The home was as advertised but there were a few small details that future renters may want to be aware of. Our group found the beds to be uncomfortable and some were disappointed that there were not televisions in the bedrooms (1 tv in the lower level living room and 1 in the upper level fanily room). We ran into some issues with the house and the hosts responded within a few hours. We appreciated being able to use the garage space but it is inconvenient that there is no grill (there IS a grill at the house but the lid is locked closed). We paid extra for the pool heater for the length of our stay but it was unreliable at best. The host explained that the heater will freeze up when the outside temps drop and will need time to be defrost which can't happen until the outside temps raise, but the only reason we wanted pool heat was so we could use the pool even on cooler days. Unfortunately, we felt that paying extra for pool heat was a waste of our money. The home is nicely decorated and it suited our needs for our long stay. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates, cups, and such which was great. We really like staying at Harbor Island Beach Club. The beach access is a very easy walk (even for our 6 and 3 year old) and it's nice to be slightly south of the hussle and bussle of town. "
