"All the grandchildren are back home now, but we’ll cherish these memories for a long time! The house was perfect for our four families — the layout worked beautifully, the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to navigate, the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and all those beach towels were put to great use.We spent countless hours each day enjoying the pool, pickleball court, and beach. The balcony was a lovely retreat in the afternoons, offering shade from the sun and the perfect vantage point for watching the spectacular evening lightning shows. A special highlight was spotting a huge turtle come ashore to lay her eggs during a storm — and yes, we kept a respectful distance.The washing machine is awaiting a new motor, as Zak explained, but that was not an issue for us. The countertop ice machine was on, though we didn’t need it; I considered turning it off to save electricity but left it running to prevent any mold issues. We found a couple of childproof gates for the stairs in the closet, though we couldn’t figure out how to secure them safely — so instead, we happily assigned “toddler watchers,” which became a full-time (and fun) job!The home’s proximity to shopping and restaurants was the perfect finishing touch.We truly hope to return in the future!"
