"Great The room was very clean and very cute. They had everything you would need there for a wonderful stay. The only thing I didn't like was the TV in the bedroom did not work. We were staying there with our child to that made things interesting in the evenings when we settled in for the night. But everything else was wonderful"

"Roomy home with great hangout space inside and out. Clean and accommodating. You can tell the house is loved and not just an investment property. Fantastic shower tower! Refrigerator stocked with water, much appreciated. Great fully fenced yard perfect for hairy children and human children too. Huge driveway. Super easy check-in and guides from host on layout, WiFi, TV operation. Right across the street from downtown Melbourne restaurants, bars and shops. Super close to parks, bridge, river and beach."

"Very Clean. Pet-Friendly. Gorgeous pool. The landscaping has you in your own little pool paradise! Everything you may need is provided- grilling utensils and propane grill, beach umbrellas, pool floats, pool towels, etc. The shower has great water pressure. The beds are super comfy (great linens my the way). Full sized washer, dryer and dishwasher. Gated parking as well as street parking. A short walk away, there's a park with a huge gaggle of geese, along with some ducks and ibis which was awesome because my toddler is obsessed with birds! Close to EVERYTHING! Minutes from beaches and restaurants. A short drive to Cape Canaveral, the Brevard Zoo and the Kennedy Space Center. The host, Beth, was amazing and was easy to contact and extremely helpful. This is definitely one of my favorite VRBO stays and I highly recommend it. We visit family in Melbourne every year and we plan on staying here again next year. "

"The location and cleanliness of this house was by far the best. Communications with the owner was always prompt. Furnishings were fabulous for our stay. The little details like having towels in each room, coffee and filters available. Neighborhood is quite. The backyard patio made for a great place to watch the dog as she stretched her legs.Close to everything - nothing seemed further than 3 miles. All in all, everything about this house was great. Looking forward to our be next visit. Oh the A/C works great!!"
