"Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy There wasn't a microwave in the room but we were able to call and have the front desk bring us one. Our ski trip was a success because we could pull the car up right outside our room and organize our gear."

"Room smelt terrible, like greasy fish. We had 4 rooms booked and had cancelled one night on one room. Had email confirmation from the hotel and from Expedia. The staff at check in were less than helpful, saying we have to pay for that one night. The manager on site was also useless. So back to Expedia I had to go, waiting on hold for another hour of my life, for something that was already taken care of weeks in advance. Pool was ok. Crowded and noisy, but the kids liked it. I also had an inquiry about 2 weeks before check-in that went unanswered. They also had no parking available on the property so we had to Street park. Not a huge deal, but just one more thing"

"We enjoyed having the bedroom and living area versus a standard one room hotel. The location is excellent for walking distance to the town centre. As well there were amenities provided like extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot to pack something. The fire place was nice and cozy while we played some of the games provided in the living room. "
