"Not a great experience at all ! "

"It was a very nice day… I requested to be away from as many children in pets as possible, as I’m usually traveling for work. I was put in a quiet room at the end of the hall on the second floor. I would have preferred the top floor, but it worked out. The room was clean with the exception of pet fur on the sofa. Breakfast was good. "

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the indoor pool was nice and warm. "

"We had numerous issues - no glasses or coffee mugs - only 1 robe (other was empty hanger) - requested maintenance twice - no show - dusty/dirty areas in room. Additionally, my request for a quiet room was acknowledged - and in the system - but disregarded. We were in a noisy room right off the road which was loud. I asked to be moved and was told it wasn't an option. He stated the request was there and he didn't know why it wasn't honored. Dinner service at Five Chophouse was slow and below standard - Breakfast however was great! When I explained everything to the front desk upon check out, there was no attempt at further resolution. We will not return - very disappointing stay."

"Never have I ever booked a room thst requested smoki g or non smoking,the room was not fit to stay in, the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana was disgusting!"

"The hotel was fine, pretty much as advertised. The room was comfortable and served its purpose for us. The problem was that it was full of kids. There's a waterpark across the road, but I'm not sure if in late March they were there to play, and could be athletic teams, I don't know. I'm not sure why hotels put older guests (we're 63 and 60) on the same floor, but this hotel did. We listened to loud conversations, running in the hallways, and slamming doors until around midnight. We prefer not to complain, so we didn't engage or call management. Thankfully, the noise was brief, and we were able to sleep. The price was right and affordable. BONUS: The Mexican restaurant near the hotel is amazing. Their white-sauce nachos were excellent. "
