Only drawback for us was the beds were so hard. Also, all of the bedrooms are upstairs. So guests should know they need to get luggage and elderly up stairs to the bedrooms. "

"I won't stay again. It was a bargain deal and you get what you might imagine. My first room had been made up but not cleaned, and when I asked to change there was no apology, just a new key. When I checked out the next morning I had to wait roughly 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No apology. The room was pretty meager. A comfy bed, so that was good, but yeah, just very little sense that things had been cleaned well. The towels and hand cloths had been washed, but we're old and frayed, and some quite stained. This hotel needs help. "
