"The Staff was very warm and welcoming. They even prepared breakfast early when they came to know that we're leaving early morning. The location is perfect and near Registan Square and a lot of markets for food and shopping. We ate a lot 😄 Rooms were good but bathroom was slightly tight in space. "

It has a big bathrom and good shower. the breakfast is very good too, and the staff vvery nice and attentive. There are some odd choices for such a new and nice building: it appears that there is not an elevator (not a problem for us even if we stayed in the 3rd floor, but may be a problem to someone with mobility difficulties). Also the blackout curtains do not cover the whole windows wide, so there...
