"This was our second stay at the George. Sadly, this time nowhere near as good. One of our two rooms had a view of a brick wall (approx 2 metres away). I raised this with the hotel and got a standard automated response from their Client Guest Services manager, who also had the temerity to suggest that we upgrade our room! The hotel hosted 3 corporate events during the 4 nights we were there. It felt more like a business hotel."

"The hotel is in a good location, close enough to everything but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. which meant it was peaceful and we slept well. The room was well appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two people. We didn’t really need the kitchenette as we were eating out but the coffee machine was nice. "

"We had an excellent stay at Yotel Edinburgh. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and well equipped with charging outlets and sockets. The shower was hot and clean. Exactly what we wanted. We used the gym which had everything we needed and all in working order. The staff were friendly and helpful. A brilliant stay!!"

"Everything needed for an overnight stay was provided. Comfortable bed, if a little soft for us. I found the room atmosphere dry, needed a humidifier. Didn’t have breakfast but it all looked fresh. Staff very attentive and helpful. All in all a very good stay . "
