"Excellent family run hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked individually when ordered and not pre cooked left to dry out on the side. Only five minutes from the Minster so easy to come and go. Would thoroughly recommend."

It would have been great to have onsite parking but a car park was available close by at a reasonable charge. The staff were helpful and informative. "We didn't receive a particularly warm welcome on arrival but bar and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was basic but fine for a short stay and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise from the streets outside (all night) affected our sleep. "
