"Very friendly and supportive staff, especially the service to go with the guests to help finding the parking. Train Station on the other side of the Square but yet quiet Perfect Location for a Walk to the cathedral and old town in 10 minutes"
"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. Location was great ..close to the train station , the old quarter and eateries and the famous cathedral.
Being a UNESCO city , Chartres is well maintained . I stayed a nite and enjoyed my short time . Staff were welcoming and helpful.

"The rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also in a great location to explore Chartres Parking not an issue given the hotel’s secure compound. Great stay and would stay again. "
