"Excellent check in with an unexpected upgrade. Room good with working air conditioning (important in London these days). The room service menu said everything was available 24/7. When I asked for a club sandwich at 10.30pm I was told there was only salads or pizza. Breakfast a large buffet with some very good items and some less good."

"Nice hotel, staff are friendly. Very grateful they gave us early check in after an exhausting overnight flight. No elevator so that sucked when we were queuing for Wimbledon and trekking back and forth with camping equipment from the 4th floor. They have a beautiful back patio to have a coffee on. Rooms are small but typical for London. Area is safe and on the cheaper side for London. Would return, but would maybe stay someone else that had a lift if we were doing the same trip again."

"I arrived on a very hot day exhausted with a heavy bag. I have mobility issues so instead of having to go to the next building +more steps for my room they swapped rooms so I could stay in the main building which was a huge relief for me. Such a helpful reception. The room was spacious, clean and a modern design. Had a very comfy bed, easy to control ac which kept the room lovely and cool in this heatwave. Close to tube station which was perfect for me to get to a concert at the Apollo and then next day into the centre of London. Close to lots of lovely restaurants too."
