"No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of."

"The property was very close to Stratford’s Avon Theater and to restaurants. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, healthy and presented well. The property is aging and our room was quite small. Overall a pleasant experience!"
