"Some of the property was showing its age. But the stand out are the staff that work there. Everyone was so warm & helpful. My sisters & I were having a sisters vacation & your staff made us feel so welcome. If I could shout out a few staff members. Nicole at the lobby bar. It was her bday but she made us feel special. Sandy at the shops was so kind to us. We did visit with Sandy a few times. Rob from the beach hut took care of us on our first day at the beach. Also the young man with curly brown hair. He took our picture on the swing. Diana, Hannah & Taylor who served us at the restaurant. Our housekeeper was also so friendly. I didn’t get her name. We had a great time at the beach. Thank you for creating memories for us to treasure."

"I would give you a 4.5 if I could, couple of things that reduced the rating. First off the staff,the hotel itself,the bar/restaurant and coffee shop were great. The rooms were very nice, the mattresses though were a 3 outta 5, you can feel every movement your partner makes and made it difficult to sleep. If you're alone, they're great. Parking is terrible, looking for a spot at times can be extremely difficult and it's super tight with cars down the middle of the lot. Lastly the Sunday pool party has a bit to be desired. If you are staying on Sunday and expect some nice pool time with the guests, forget about it. Many people from outside the hotel show up, pool is unusable unless you want to be bumped into constantly and just relaxing isn't going to happen. I understand that this is a huge money maker for them and from a business sense I can see why they do it, it's basically a free for all, but if you arrive Sunday afternoon and expect to relax, forget about it.i can't imagine what it's like in season Again the hotel,staff and amenities are awesome, just a couple of things that would make me question staying there again."

"I love the resort! It was beautiful, staff were very nice. If your smokers don’t smoke on the balcony it’s not allowed and you will be charged 500 dollars with no warning! It was our bad though we really don’t know and obviously didn’t read the expectations lol. So incase you are like us now you know."

"I like to stay here because it is cheap and within walking distance of the beach. It has gotten run down through the years. I have stayed there approximately 4 times now. . The elevator is slow and hot. The ice machine on 5th floor doesn't work. The plug ins in the room wouldn't keep my charger plugged in by bed. Pros- cheap, nice, as an older woman staying by myself I felt safe even though it was slightly sketchy. They have you clean towels, coffee in lobby and staff is the best. If you are looking to go to the beach on a budget knowing you won't be in room much this is your spot!"
