"I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Neuss while traveling from the U.S., and overall the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a decent selection each morning. Those were definitely the highlights. That said, the hotel itself felt a bit janky and worn down, and the rooms did not feel particularly clean or well-kept. Compared to U.S. standards, I would describe it as more comparable to a Motel 6 type experience...

"Do not stay here! Inaccurate pictures and representation of the actual condition of this apartment, including: Furnishings, sleeping arrangements and roof top terrace. Neighborhood is also pretty ghetto. We are seasoned travelers - and are not very picky. This was our first time vacating a property shortly after check in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
