This three bedroom townhome has all three bedrooms upstairs, a very large living room and tv's in the 3 bedrooms. The additional outdoor glassed in porch with AC gives you a little more space to spread out and extra place to safely park your bikes or pool gear.
Close to clubhouse/fitness center, pool and lake. The clubhouse has ping pong, computers and a game console as well as an additional laundry area, tv area or card room.
The guests have access to the pools from 10 am to 10pm please honor these pool hours.
The fitness center is currently open 24/7.
Guests can fish in the stocked lake without a state license, there are bass and brim in the lake, most fisherman catch and release.
Please do not feed the ducks bread.
Our complex entrance is connected to the island bike paths and is an easy ride to the village or beaches. The bike paths are lighted at night and within 8 blocks you can be in the village area where there are restaurants, the pier and the lighthouse are. There is also a putt putt course there near the lighthouse. Our complex also has a playground and there are two others within that 8 block walk or ride to the village. Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests. No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways. No glass or pets in pool areas. Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours. Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs. Pet must be approved and pet fee of $50 applies. No more than 8 guests in this unit.

Perfect for our family of 5. Nice 3 season room with a table that accommodates all of us. All essentials provided
Nice for entertaining the other family members staying at the facility for a reunion of sorts. Close to clubhouse, pool and grill. Would absolutely book this unit again.
We stayed at this property for the week of July 4th for our normal family vacation. We loved the location of the unit, it was directly across from the pool and just a short golf cart or bike ride to the village and pier. The unit itself was a little dated, and we had some issues with the dryer and the master shower not working. Overall it was a nice place to stay and fit our family of 5 perfectly.

Not recommend
I would not recommend this rental for many reasons:
1) owner is non responsible
2) condo was filthy
3) mold coming out of air vents
4) kitchen was dirty and we had to go to the store and buy all disposable items because we couldn’t use anything provided
5) showers had mold
6) extremely outdated and the entire condo was so dirty we were grossed out our entire stat.
HVAC was not working and it took 4 hours for a management company to respond to me.
If I could have received a refund we would have gone to stay anywhere else but here.
The only good thing is this complex was very close to the village area with many restaurants and shops!

We come to Ocean Walk because it’s hard to find properties on the beach that will allow bigger dogs. This is our 3rd time at the community but first time at this condo. We always enjoy the pond and walks around the property with our dog. It’s really close to town so that is a nice plus and a short drive to the beach.
Things you might want to know:
The pools were like a warm bath so we didn’t use those. Not much can be done about that I guess as it was so hot and they aren’t very big. This unit was clean enough but maybe it could use a deeper clean. The spare blankets could use washing as they had a stale smell to them. There is a lot of kitchen ware so that’s helpful for cooking. We did have to borrow a lighter from a neighbor to light the grill as the igniter did not work on either of the grills close by. The temperature in the unit was great which was nice for the super hot days. The twin beds were not attached to the bed frame and are on wheels so they move when you get in them. We didn’t have small children but I could assume there would be some banging on the wall from these. Even though we didn’t use it , the closed in patio and ac unit is nice for the hot weather as well.
Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

We were planning on cooking and eating some meals at the rental. The kitchen items were gross. We had to prewash all items. The cabinets were nasty and the coffee pot was too small and really dirty. We had to go out each morning for coffee.
