"Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. "Initially during check-in, the experience was good. But at night around 10:00lm, the AC stopped blowing cold air; my husband called the front desk for it to be checked out and posibly repaired, my husband was told some one was coming. Up until 5:00am during exiting the hotel, no one showed up to repair the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot, the lobby sitting area had mosquitoes during the night. "Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. "I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes.
