"The hotel was equipped with a powerful A/C that provided a welcome respite to the July heat. I stayed at the hotel with my sister as we were celebrating her birthday in London and the hotel kindly gave her a small gift, souvenir tea to commemorate the occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The room was clean and whilst small was just enough space for us. The hotel buffet breakfast was sumptuous and offered numerous options. It was situated in close proximity to the subway station and located in save and quiet neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for the first time."
