"Best hotel I’ve stayed in a while! My expectations were truly exceeded! Beautiful, comfortable, best service, wonderful location, and very friendly and helpful staff. We were truly impressed and would love to stay here again! Thank you all!"

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."

"El area"

"The hotel is centrally located which normally would be great and exactly why I booked it. However, there were protests going on and the beautiful view I booked was a tent city with loud music, yelling, and police sirens all night long. Would have liked a heads up from the hotel on what was happening. The cafe is attached dnd convenient for meals."

"Clean room, but the air conditioner is not working good"

"The downstairs lobby restrooms just need a little extra attention."

"This place is very fun to stay at. It's very nice looking, but also very functional. The location is great. The restaurant is amazing - we ate there 2x in 2 days. Breakfast is the best we had in 2.5 weeks of travel. Worth every penny. The staff is so very nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable. We loved being there and will come back, if we come to Madrid again."

"La estadia fue excelente. Nos entregaron la habitacion antes, mantuvieron comunicacion siempre y la habitacion excelente ubicacion y excelente conficiones"

"Buena ubicación, cama cómoda, cuarto pequeño pero funcional. Tiene servicio de guardar las maletas en lo que asignan el cuarto a la hora del check in. Te dejan agua y dulces de bienvenida. Personal amable."

"Excellent location, staff extremely helpful. I have never stayed at a hotel that the staff was so friendly. Be aware of the AC in the winter may only work for heating. Seems to be a thing in Europe. Other than that you walk to La Plaza Mayor in two minutes flat."

"Great, centric location"

"Super endroit avec gens hyper sympathiques. J’avais une chambre seul au dernier étage, elle était très bien !"
