"It didn’t give off a good experience"

"Rooms were clean and tidy. One power outlet and one tv remote were not working. No smart TVs, so regular steaming platforms weren't available. Although clean, the washroom was in need of repair. The bathroom floor was sagging and sunk each time we stepped in the middle (sub floor compromised?). And the wall paint was bubbling indicating possible moisture damage in the drywall. The pool, slide, hot tub, breakfast were all great! The major issue we faced were the paper thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us had a couple of kids that kept us up all night by their thumping feet. Bring earplugs or insist on being in the 4th floor."

"The door latch locked me out when door closed and took 20 mins for someone to come and open. Also called for towels and had to call twice but property is clean"

"Room was clean but not the best condition. We saw a mouse on the hallway, so after that, we are not gonna stay here ever again. Breakfast was okay, I guess just average for what you are paying to stay. Staff was very friendly and nice."

"Our keys, multiple times, didn’t work. Horribly loud due to kids racing the hallways yelling and screaming all hours. Appreciated house keeping bringing up new keys"

"Hotel was clean, staff were helpful, beds comfy (on the soft side). We chose this hotel based on our excellent experience last year with the soundproofed rooms. This year we must have been on a non soundproof floor (7) because the first night there was a child screaming for over an hour and then again in the middle of the night. Second night we had kids knocking and running away. Not the hotels fault but disappointed with rhe soundproofing. We'd likely stay again but request a soundproof room."
