"The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!"
"Love the place. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Close to Estes Village, the wives love it! Good restaurant 5 minutes away.
Only thing I would say is the TVs volume needs to be controlled at the TV, but that’s my bad for watching TV in Estes.

"Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies.
