"Hotel check-in process was smooth. Our room location was good room amenities were OK. The big biggest disappointment was the hotel was advertised as breakfast unfortunately that was a miscommunication. It should’ve been listed as continental breakfast. The only thing offered were coffee, blueberry chocolate muffin, and a granola bar there is no other food, hot food waffles nothing so that was a very big disappointment had known it was going to be such a poor breakfast. I would’ve stayed at another hotel. This is a misrepresentation that I hope Hotels.com and call extended stay in brand can remedy."

"AAA+++ Location was great for us, parking was good, there was some work going on, but you’ll have that. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi was good, the employees were friendly, immediate, kind, and professional. "

"We were traveling by car and just needed a stop to get some quick sleep and a shower. This is not the place. It was not really clean and overall very run down. They are playing fast and loose with “Quality” in their name."
