"When I arrived to my hotel room, the little table in the center of the room was dirty. I appeared it had not been wiped down or cleaned. It had food crumbs and ring marks from drinks. The rest of the room was clean. Bathroom didn’t flush very well though. "

"I recently spent two nights at The Moxy in DTLA and really enjoyed it. The design is very chic and modern and the staff are very friendly. The room itself was well-appointed, but not designed for long-term stays. There was no closet, no refrigerator, and very limited counter space or other surfaces on which to put things. The view from the 24th floor was impressive and Christina at the front desk was very professional and courteous. "

"This hotel room was apartment sized. We had plenty of space, and it could have slept 6. The desk staff person, Carlos, was amazing! Communication throughout the stay was great. Parking was in a parking structure that was only a 2 minute walk away; I don't know about overnight but during the day, there was always an attendant, so the car felt safe. Thanks for a great stay!"
