The Space

Timber Run is one of Steamboat’s most popular vacation rental communities — and for good reason. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits only three blocks from the gondola/base area, within easy walking distance to skiing, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. In the winter, guests can also enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle service to and from the mountain.

The master suite features a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and a recently updated private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bath across the hall, while the living room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Other Things to Note
• There is no washer or dryer inside the unit. A coin-operated laundry room is conveniently located in the Clubhouse.
• In accordance with city regulations, infants count toward the total guest occupancy and are charged the same rate as adults.
• Parties are not permitted. Any unregistered guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee.
• No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere within the building.
• No pets are allowed, per HOA rules and to protect guests with allergies.
• Mail service is not available to the condo. Long-term renters must arrange alternative mail options.
