"All good. Room clean, well laid out. Tea tray could include Earl Grey as well as Breakfast Tea and a couple of biscuits. The bathroom requires lighting that allows women to apply makeup. ie soft frontal light in addition to the bright downward light. The current light is functional but you can't see your face to apply makeup. Very important to a lady getting ready for work or an night out. "

"The room was so clean, check in was very easy. The room had more than enough amenities. lovely bathroom and a great sized tv. Would 100% stay there again. Only small down was you could feel in the king bed where two single had been pushed together, which could be fixed with a mattress topper. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there."

"We had originally booked for two nights as I was having a operation,I checked in and then my operation was cancelled I explained to the staff and I've got to say the staff was amazing,really helpful and managed to move the un used night so that I can use it when my operation was moved to , the hotel has real charm and the room was very clean and spacious,look forward to our next night stay , thankyou for being so understanding "

"We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i"

"I had booked for 2 adults and 3 teenage children but when we arrived we found that there were only beds for 4 of us so one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There had been some extra bedding left in a wardrobe but it looked like it had already been used. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 5 of us. I asked for more towels but none were brought to us. There was no plug for the bath. There were only 2 dinner plates and 2 side plates. Overall not a good experience. Luckily we were only using it as a place to sleep so we could spend the day in London. "
