"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot. Highly recommended!"

"Upon arriving we were well greeted by staff and offered water or sparkling wine after our long flight from Seattle. All of the staff spoke English which was very pleasant. Enjoyed wonderful room service that arrived promptly after our order was placed. Excellent service at the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit at thw Vienna Marriott and wish we could have stayed longer. "Check in was seamless and even though I was early there was a room ready for me. A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very helpful. The room itself was very clean with tea/ coffee facilities, iron, safe, bathrobes, mini fridge and even an umbrella!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.. there could be more coffee machines though! Breakfast was busy at times and I found It difficult to find a table one morning! The hotel is very convenient to public transport, historical sights and the train to the airport. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay"
