None of the outlets worked in the room, except the bathroom and one on a far wall which is not convenient. Felt unsafe going to and from my room alone as there are no cameras in the hall. The whole place is outdated. I had to go purchase blocks for my chargers and as the plugs were"

The main table/countertop along with parts of the bathroom were definitely not cleaned. The sliding glass door had a bunch of finger prints/hand prints and smudges all over the glass."

"We did not actually get to stay at the property as the Expedia website booked us for the wrong day. When we arrived at the hotel we were told the property was completely booked and that they did not have a room for us. So we were turned away. We did not receive a refund for the room booked on the wrong date. The staff was not our problem; please call Expedia. Then Expedia said it was the hotel's decision not to give us a refund so there was nothing that they, could do. I have been a loyal Expedia user, but I won't be anymore."

We didnt have a nice window view, felt like we were being watched by the apartments next door, so the curtains stayed closed.
