"This was my favorite place we stayed on our whole trip. My only complaint was the room was a little on the small side, but easily overlooked with all the pros! It was cheap, it was comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful in helping me get out transportation sorted out when our train got cancelled. "The room was amazing. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem I had is that Expedia apparently didn't contact the hotel to actually reserve my room. The hotel staff said it wasn't the first time!!! What the heck?!?! Why can't Expedia simply do what they are paid and promise o do. Will probably book hotels directly in the future if I can't trust Expedia to do their job!!!!!!!!!"
