"Beach view from the balcony was exactly as the photo showed. With the window open, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from inside the condo. Very clean and well stocked kitchen ware. Also has beach chairs and other beach items to borrow. Hosts are nice and very quick to respond to questions. Love this condo. Will definitely rent again! "

"We love staying at sugar beach!vacasa took care of the arrangements.Janalyn who is locally with Vacasa was especially AWESOME!!!!With the storm that had gone through the week before,,,one of the condo buildings did not have elevator service(we were on booked for 5th floor).Janalyn took care of the situation and found availabilty for us in other building on 1st floor! We are senior citizens who would have been greatly challenged doing 5 flights daily! So much appreciate her!! She deserves to be recognized by management Thank You So Much Janalyn.We will definately use Vacasa again."

"We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free vacation. The information and pictures online are accurate and we highly recommend this property!!"

"The resort is nice and small and other guests were really friendly. The property management was excellent- Geo and the other gentleman who took care of the property were so friendly and extremely hardworking. We were there during the Kona Low storm and they worked tirelessly to prep the property including putting up the flood gates and clean up after the storm so that the guests could leave. When we requested items they were brought right away which was great.It would have been nice to have extras of some of those things so we didn’t have to keep asking for them (for eg. 3 kitchen garbage bags for 10 days and 6 ppl) Extra towels for that long as well would have been appreciated as you have to pay to do laundry. Unit is showing quite a bit of wear in some areas like the flooring.Unit worked well for our group but if you want any privacy or a quieter area for little kids in the two upstairs rooms, this may not be the place for you as both rooms are completely open. It was nice to have air conditioning and communal BBQs. Being right on the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the storm trashed the pool area but I’m sure they will work hard to get everything fixed and cleaned. Unit also had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella which was appreciated, and the resort had boogie boards to use. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a nice touch!We really liked the location."

"What a wonderful condo!!! Exactly as described, clean, a few steps to the pool, hot tub and ocean. Great place to walk on the beach. We feel it was the best condo in the complex. Linda was a super host!!! Very communicative and just a generally sweet person. We can’t wait to come again. A"

"Excellent ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and beach. Clean, cozy, and comfortable with everything we needed including a washer and dryer, lots of beach chairs and beach towels and really nice staff. The grounds at the resort are beautiful and we loved the hot dry sauna and the jacuzzi! We will definitely stay here again!"
