"Very clean and comfortable room. Nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, utensils, even a blender. Large balcony with table and chairs had a beach view. Balcony needed a repaint. Only other complaint is water pressure is too low and did not get hot enough. "

Mrs. Kim was an amazing host and even when we came back from our festival at midnight and discovered we didnt have power for some strange reason, she came out...at midnight.. and fixed it. Then zero issues after that. I would definitely stay here again. I don't normally do reveiews but this place definitely deserves it!!"

"Beautiful historic waterfront property where we watched dolphins every morning as we ate our delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail every where you looked. The location was close to Daytona which was perfect for our two days at Rockville. The New Smyrna public beach was so close and an excellent place to relax. We would 100% stay here again!"

"The whole property truly felt like a vacation. The beautiful home, inside and out felt welcoming. The lush greenery and refreshing pool made our afternoon so enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect not only for our 6 year old, but also for our 80 year old as well as everyone in between. Everything was clean and well accessible . "

"I stayed at this property last weekend with my husband and our dog. It was important to find a house with a private yard for my dog to safely enjoy and explore while on leash. This one fit the bill beautifully. The house is as described in the advertisement. It is an older home but it had been updated and was clean and well maintained. The pool was nicely maintained but the water was a little too cool for an old gal! (the weather was unseasonably cool.) The pool would be fantastic when the weather is warmer.We met a lovely older couple staying in the other unit. They have been repeat renters, happily staying with this host for many years. We also met Kim, who helps as a caretaker and she was very nice. The home was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property and this host."

"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in. We asked for a TV and they were great about getting us one. Water temperature was a minor issue as it took a while to warm up, and a shower wand would also be little touches that could have made things better. I’d have liked some reed diffusers placed around for some extra scent boosts to make it just that much more pleasant. Minor quibbles though. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing weekend."

"The house was clean & functional. Very cozy. Pool was clean & a perfect size to cool off & relax in. The screened in porch area was very enjoyable to relax, read, visit, work on a puzzles, & eat. "

"This was our second time. Rachel and Gordon are amazing host, they really want to make your stay an great experience. It's not a stay with them, it's an experience. They will have a gift basket for when you check in. Great location, you can walk to Canal Street in a couple minutes. You are a 8-12 minutes away from the beach depending on what access point you go to. Make sure you bring your shower soap and shampoo."
