" I checked in on Friday, April 17, 2026. When I got to my room, room 103, I found that the television wouldn’t come on and there was what appeared to be a hole in the chair in the room. The staff came and fixed the television. Later that night when I went to bed I discovered the mattress had a divot in it causing the mattress to be slanted. Sleep was uncomfortable. I asked staff for another room on Saturday and was told the hotel was full. Later I went to the ice machine and it was disgusting. It looked filthy and there was no way I would use it."

"Beware! You have to pay for parking. It did not say this ANYWHERE in any part of the listing online. The hotel itself is fine, but be aware before booking that parking is an extra fee."

"Room did well for its purpose. It’s close to the airport and they had a room available for use when I had a last month trip to town.The woman from the front desk was so rude nasty and dismissive. She sent me to the furthest possible room available all the way in the back and the door was locked and room key didnt work when I called she was aware the keys for my door wouldn’t work because the battery needed to be charged from what she explained to me. I had to walk all the way back through the courtyard with all my luggage. For her to then assign me to a room them at as literally three doors down and was available. The air conditioning was working properly."
