"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"One of our best ever hotel stays. Wins for the incredible staff who make anything happen, the indoor pool, the breakfast buffet and the beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Not right in the heart of the action but the tram is a 10 minute walk away which we found fine. Highly recommended"

"From my arrival it was bad experience I don’t wish to anyone the staff rude and I was given a room in 4th floor open door and it was the wrong room I had booked a 3 bed room not a 1 bed , elevator back down again 20min later they clean the room I was supposed to have Room no A/C they don’t work at all in the building he told me open window I did and it felt on top of my wife it wasn’t secure Shower water was coming out and the hose was broken I didn’t leave because I needed 3 beds But no breakfast no nothing ohh No toilet paper also"

"The room itself and location are great. However, The advertisement of this properly is misleading as the rooftop bar and restaurant is not in the main building and actual on another street within another building, which is very disappointing and not made clear. Also be prepared to pay inflated prices if you do go to the rooftop bar (equivalent of £15 for one beer and one soft drink). Would recommend finding another hotel which has the rooftop access in the building for the city view. "

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."
