"Our stay was brief but the room towards the end of hallway was quiet. The issues were that the parking is so far from the rooms and they won’t provide a cart to you so you must pay a bellman. When we arrived at 4:30, they only had two bellman and the wait was extremely long. Just wanted to get into our room and enjoy the brief time there. Check out the next morning was completely different. We phoned for a bellman and they arrived within minutes and practically ran to the car. We could barely keep up and felt completely rushed to leave. I don’t have a reason to return after this experience unfortunately."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. The property itself is beautiful, the beach is conveniently located right across the street, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and consistently greeted guests, which made us feel welcome. The beds were also very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues in our room. During rainstorms, water leaked inside our room from the balcony area, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall. Another downside was the $35 per day parking fee. We also found the hotel less family-friendly during the weekdays because there were several large business conferences taking place. The high number of conference attendees made it difficult to find parking, even though we had already paid for it. Overall, the hotel has many great qualities, but some maintenance issues and parking challenges took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent stay."
