"Staff here are helpful when asked. Rooms are large and clean. It’s conveniently close to Sunworld Halong Park (literally across the street) and a few minutes away by car to the ports (if you’re going to go on a cruise). If you happen to get a room that faces the Sunworld park, you can see the fireworks that occur every weekend (don’t worry it’s not loud where you can’t sleep at night).
