"The service was exceptional from checking in to the concierge service. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room upgrade was nice, view wasn't the best, the room was nice and clean. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop had good options. Overall we had a great experience. Location was perfect, we walked out and saw the London Eye and Westminster Bridge."

The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)"
