"Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and seating in room. Great location for exploring Westminster. Bus stops are right outside. Tube stations 10mins and 15mins away. Smell of drains from shower in room and tiles and shower head showing signs of their age and quite grubby. We would stay here again."

"They use central air. As a result, rooms facing the sun get very warm. Despite following their only advice, that was to keep our blinds closed, our room reached 32 C (90 F) two nights running. So sleep was impossible. All I could hear was the dripping faucet or the running toilet. Not fun. They were remodeling the check in area during our stay. A better choice would have been to remodel some of the rooms. Please, please, please, do not stay here during spring, summer, or autumn."

"The hotel is in Gatwicks Sth Terminal so is very convenient, minutes away from Nth Terminal by shuttle. The room was small (as wide as our bed was long The bathrpom was functional but we had trouble finding how to get Hot water. We did eventually manage, the shower was the room, so wet floor for other users. Overnight stay ok but nowhere to unpack anything so longer stays would be difficult. Again as 80 somethings we would not use it again. Youngsters would be fine. Not sure how a family would manage. The reception staffwere very pleasant but we saw no evidence of others except those doing rooms"

"The hotel was extremely clean and the room was a nice size. The street was very quiet at night. The lobby had cold lemon water for guests and that was lovely since it was unusually hot. My only complaints were the room was hot and we could not control the temperature and after 3 nights the bed became uncomfortable. The mattress is extremely firm and my back was sore after our stay."

"Staff helpful, clean hotel booked a deluxe room was the same as a standard room ask reception and was told by a manager it was a deluxe room we were going by the pictures from the booking site and the actual so don't bother wasting money on a deluxe room unless its a corner deluxe , the room we were in was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in around the area and have paid similar rates The tv reception was very poor kept cutting out we did report this when we checked out"
