"The room is clean but a bit small. Across water park and shopping center. Staff was very helpful and nice."

"Room although spacious, would benefit from an upgrade. Bathtub had black mould growing in the grout. The lobby is in the basement of another hotel which was confusing to navigate and find at first. Feels like more of a budget option. "

"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...

"The property itself was good for us. Easy communication should there be a need to. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely a good one for a group of 5 pax. It's may be not a 5-star, trendy hotel/room but it fulfills the basic needs. "
