"This was our 24th annual family beach trip and this house was one of the best - 2 minutes from house to beach. It is a very spacious house with plenty of room for large groups of all ages. Good size bedrooms and large common areas are a real plus and the kitchen is well equipped with a dining table that seats 14. "
